Dear Sir/ maam,

On 12th aug, 2023, i had placed online order from McDonald’s sector 35c chandigarh via a Swiggy. I found a tiny human hair and a pièce of plastic in one of the food item called Md Choc Brownie .

Already i have taken 1-2 bite of the food but suddenly when i found hair which was stuck in the brownie, my mood got spoiled and was shocked that McDonald’s can provide such food, its unbelievable...

I found a fly and it had laid it's larvae on my McChicken burger patty. I am pretty disgusted and the staff does not agree that the fly came inside it. I have a video of the fly and the larvae on the burger. Hope cleanliness is carried out and health standards are maintained for the food.

Order was placed on 29th November 2022 using McDonald's mobile app. Payment was done using Amazon pay but order got failed.
On site/app it's says it will take 4 to 5 days for refund.
It's been more than 20 days now I didn't get any refund....

I through phone pe app and once i swipped the card
I want my amount to be refunded

Why do you people put up a schemes from app like phone pe cash back 50%
And when we transfer money from the same, your people say that they have not received...

I called up the customer care number and they say that they have not received any transaction about the same.

My family and friends went to have lunch @ McDonalds in Chandni Chowk, except my wife all had lunch, i.e., Veg Burger, Salsa Wraps and French Fries, and couple of hours later they all had series of vomiting and diarrheoal bouts. My son was admitted for 3 days in Hospital and was treated.
