Yesterday i. E. 15.09.18 i ordered pizza at around 7.24pm and select the delivery slot 8.15pm but till 9.10pm i hadn't received my order... I called customer care 4-5 times but they provided false promises..1 time a conference call was made with outlet executive.. He also didn't know about the reason for delay... I told the customer care executive to cancel the order and refund the amount i paid online... He informed that refund is processed and and will be credited to credit card account within 4-5 days..

Let's see.. Do they respect their words or not? But i want my money back.. As the order came in a dire condition.. Which was not eatable..

Hello there,
I placed an order on sunday 09/09/2015 around 3.45 pm, but could not able to receive delivery as address fetched on my laptop was not correct due to some errors. M y order id was 3229007. And the mobile no. From which i ordered was [protected], it was rs.800 around and payment was done online by credit card with card no.[protected] and account no with [protected]. Kindly refund my money i will be very very thankful to you and your services.

I had the worst experience with pizza hut tonight, firstly the order was sent to the wrong address which delayed the order by 20 minutes, then the delivery boy did not have card machine which was requested by me while i was placing the order. Thirdly the pizzas were just pathetic! The veggies were all burned and it felt like having cheese on bread!

Updated by Asingla7 I called your complaint centre too, but the guy said that the store is closed now and he has taken a complaint, what the hell man! I paid Rs881 for stupid cheese on bread? And that guy had the audacity to cut the call on my face by saying "apki awaz nahi aa rhi hai" ...wow pizza hut just wow! Pathetic pizzas and even worse customer service.

On 17th Aug 2018, first order was not placed but amount was debited from my SBI credit card.
We placed the order again second time and had to pay the amount again. This time my colleague used his HDFC credit card. I have not received refund of amount debited from my SBI credit card as the first order was never delivered.

Ordered online pizza last friday. Payment get deducted from debit card. They first confirm the order and after 2 minutes they cancelled order. When i asked customer care they said within 3-4 days money gets credited to your account. But still not credited. Due to your irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour yourself giving chance to your competitors being top of you. I just want to say you if my money is not credited within short time i will lodge complaint against you. Don't take it lightly.

When I called customer care they said amount is initiate to your bank. and when I asked to bank about it they denied it. I think we need to take some legal action against you. Actually you are stolen people hard earning money by using this way.

Hi,
I have done a online order of rs.733.95 on dt. 06.09.2018 through pizza hut online and payment was made through my debit card but order was cancelled by pizza hut and payment was deducted from my hdfc bank account with reference number[[protected]]. When i talked to the local store they said that the order was cancelled and if the amount is deducted that will be refunded to my account. I have submitted the complaint on 6/9/2018 with complaint id id: 2069411 but i did not receive a single reply regarding the refund till date. Is this expected from pizza hut service. Kindly refund the deducted amount asap.

I tried to redeem sbicard gift vouchers from pizza hut. I went to pizza hut delivery outlet in pimpary chinchwad more than 3 times and every time they gave me same excuse that there is technical issue in system.
I tried to contact sbi card but they say the codes are avalid and they can’t take any complaint. They ask me to try on different outlets. They are simply beating around the bush fooling customers....

Hi i ahve complained many a times also provided the screenshot of the order no. And the screenshot of the account statement showing the debited amount twice. Still no resolution happened from the last 5 months.

I had ordered pizza from pizzahut online in hyderabad - on date.27th april 2018, complained many a times through twitter, as no other mode of complaint is being recorded from them.

While proceeding for payment, the amount got debited but the order didnt happen. After calling customer care, they told that they cant see the order through my mobile no, and asked to order again, and said the debited amount will be refunded back. But it never happened.

I am not sure whats stopping them to atleast investigate this matter, from the last 5 months. Kindly respond and please help me getting back my money. Attaching the scrernshot of the order fyr.

Just HAD to update on this. Its been 2 years now and this pathetic pizza Hut has forgotten the request. Every now and then, we just have heard - that they are looking into the request and its really taken 2 years for them to look into the issue. PIZZA HUT Worst Customer Service Experience. Have stopped ordering from here!!!

Had. Placed order at 6pm instead of forwarding my order to correct outlet sent it to an outlet which is approximately 10 kms away after 20 minutes was informed that it was being sent to the correct outlet i think it’s a gimmick to gain time for delivering late which was 30 minuets had also intimated to kindly send swipe machine as wanted to pay by card but same not sent felt embarrassed when had to borrow money from neighbor to pay the bill. Total unprofessionall state of affairs shall never place order on this company again

On Tuesday night we order four pizza to our home delivery at Shivasha Mathura and after eating those pizza me and my both children get sick, they vomit and loose motions were very serious, so I request you to please don't deliver such kind o[censored]nhealthy food, because of some circumstances, I am out station otherwise I definitely file a F.I.R for that shop.

This is with refference to my order # 3213869 on 6th september 2018 @ 6:55 pm of rs.539.40. This was the amount & transaction done on my hdfc card & there was no sms regarding me placing an order so with in 10 min i cross checked with customer care & was assured that order will be delivered by 30 min but after 1 hour waiting for the home delivery, i called the pizzahut customer care and they say some technical problem so the order is cancelled for which there was no intimation nor a call back from them. The customer care guys are so pathetic as they were not able to clarify & refund my money immedietly as this was a problem with their system. They assured that the refund will happen with in 3 to 4 days.
I am still not able to understand the worst customer service & theft of money happening through online.

I have not got my refund back for the cancelled order. It was done on 24th August and due to unserviceable area the store has to cancel it. Kindly let me know when can I get the refund back for the same.

Ordered takeaway pizza.. ordered SMOKED CHICKEN instead was given SMOKED BACON... when we called the store to notify they just hung up the phone. Very bad experience as we had ordered food for kids..

Dear team,

I have ordered pizza from pizza hut amounting 418.95 on 12/08/2018. They told that the same would be credited to the amount as soon as possible. But till now there is no credit from them. The explanation given to me was technical issue. Order no - 3091846, 3091829, even the pizza hut representative is not able to help, just giving fake advice.

I have done a online order of rs.1352.40 on dt. 29.08.2018 through pizza hut online and payment was made through amazon pay wallet but order was cancelled by pizza hut and payment was deducted from my amazon pay wallet. Since 29.08.2018 i was made 2-3 times complaint on tel. No.[protected] for my refund and always customer executive is saying that you will get the refund by 03.09.2018 but i have not received my refund till now and now they are sayinh that it will take more 4-5 working days.

Please resolve the issue asap and refund my money

Dear Team,
Out of the two little app deals for pizza hut that got expired on 31 August was because of the problem from ur end or merchants end, hence I am not responsible for the loss, plz refund my promos and the remaining in my source account.
Infact I had called pizza hut customer care and asked on 31 August about redemption of my deals and it was confirmed from the agent that the deal can be used by 31 Aug at any outlet.
So I claim pizza hut for amount of 429+255= 684
This shld be refunded anyhow to me

The phone call was on hold forever, I had to call 2 twice and after 1 hour of wait I got the information that my order was placed in Gwalior M.P and I am in Delhi NCR. I mean why did I had to wait for an hour, even then it was me who called to find out about this. I was mislead by the phone rep that the amoutn 1214 rs didn't include Taxes...First and final experience with pizza hut...Very very disappointing...The rep said he's placing another order for which I didn't receive any confirmation either so I am still not sure if the 2nd order was placed or not.

I called one of the pizza hut I.e. PIZZA HUT VIMAN NAGAR PUNE..I asked that lady who had received my call about today friday offer..she answered but I couldn't hear her voice...that's why I was asking yo her again and again but suddenly she put off call...again I called her.. again she picked my call and suddenly again she put off my call...In short I can say that she was ignoring me...again I called 4-5 times. But no one received my call.

After that we raised our issue about wrong order bieng delivered .. he started missbehave and arguements .. and said pizza hut is not a dhaba leads to public haraasment .

I m really pissed of right now... From past 3 days i m getting message by vm - pizza hut regarding the give ur comments i have it for once now every minute on the clock u guys are text me same messages... Right now if i have to count there are uncountable message and same... And they start coming from 11:30 am and till mid night... If this doesn’t stop i swear i m gonna sue u, i m very serious about this...
