I placed the order on 3rd november 2017 at 9:45 pm and delivery time was 10:16 pm. I was tracking those order since 10:05 pm to till 10:48 pm with the pizza hut executive over the phone call. I called six times within this time frame and i had conversations with few more executive some of are mr anup sinha (Sr executive), paban kumar, sujit kumar, amit, and so on.
I was pretty sure that i will get the delivery at least half an hour later from the actual delivery time as per the pizza hut executive conversation is concerned, because every time executive was told to me that your delivery is on the way so you will get it soon. I was waiting for such a long time till the late night and finally at 10:40 pm i was confirmed by pizza hut executive mr anup sinha that your order has been cancelled by store.in between there was no such intimation/ confirmation by none of the executive or from the pizza hut even till today also there is no such confirmation that my order has cancelled.

After disconnected the phone call with mr. Anup sinha, there was call from shyambazar store. While i received the call from (Shyambazar store -[protected]) this number, there was pretty astonished by me that person those who are talking to me is not able to share his name to me. I asked him many times please tell me your name but he was intentionally didn’t share his name and other detail as well.
One of the most funniest thing is that while i was talking to shyambazar store person he was conveying this message s (Message was : sir, we have received the information from zomato that your order has been cancelled, so we are not able to deliver your pizza at around 11:18 pm. Again i asked him that is this number ([protected]) is belongs to zomato, he said yes. The person also told me that this service is not covering the service in your area, i said there were few more order had been delivered before, if you check you can be able to see, why not this time. He said now the things have been changed. There was much ambiguity from that person)
(I have the entire phone call recording, i can be able to share those without any hesitation, and this conversation i am also attaching here kindly listen this)
I already paid the money while i placed the order through online, as per the executive conversation is concerned that today within 11 o clock morning i will get the call from the pizza hut to refund my money confirmation, but unfortunately i didn’t received any call from them till now.
So my question is to you if the order was cancelled then why there was not such any intimation by mail or sms? Why the executive was confirming in the late night where there was not any food in the outside of my home as well??
Can i expect any such explanation regarding your pathetic service???
Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have not recieved my refund yet.
Not even any single intimation regarding the same.
Can you tell me when I will receive my refund.
