I had placed an order at pizzahut website for delivery at btm 2nd stage bangalore on[protected] and had done payment via mobikwik (Transaction id jmbk[protected]) amount rs 811 from mob no. [protected]. The order hasn't been delivered and didn't refunded till date even after several queries. First they told money will be refunded automatically after 11 working days. When contacted after 11 days they gave the reason it will come after 21 days. Its been more than 40 days now there is no word from them whenever we call them the representative tells they will call back soon but that never happens. The feedback number is 72166. Kindly help me in getting my refund back.

      All the things i am mentioning here are about the pizza hut franchise mentioned above.

      1) the pizza hut dine-in is not identified on the website or on the national call centre, please either acknowledge the same or confirm whether it is a legit store or not.

      2) since the inception of the store it has had service issues - like lack of staff attending customers, making customers wait for 10-15 minutes just to pay their bill, elongated waiting periods for food getting delivered, there were occasions when there was no one person held accountable for such poor service. Despite these issues, so far my experience is concerned, i have never had a bad quality pizza or any other food item for that sake, which is why i never complained.

      3) but, today in addition to all service issues i also faced issues with the food on my table.
      From the beginning of my today's visit — the staff wasn't aware that i had entered the restaurant and i had to hunt them down so that they could show me where i and other two people with me could sit! They were also not aware that i was not given a menu card and came to take my order before even doing so. Unlike earlier times when we were served water in a clear tall glass, today we were served water in a pepsi cup, while pepsi was served in a clear glass (Surely not a promotional thing!) after we tasted our pan pizzas, we realised that one of them was somewhat raw and the crust of the other one was really lose and soggy. The person on duty said that there was some issue with the oven (That it was not hot enough today) which was causing such soggy crusts, he also added that it was not just us that has received such pizzas everyone in the restaurant right now is eating the same soggy crust pizza as you! We managed to cancel one of our orders, but the other pizza was completely inedible. And not only pizza, the garden salad was not fresh, the lettuce was wilting, the bread pieces not crunchy, there were no cherry tomatoes in it!

      My major concern is that when the staff was already aware about the issue, they should have, with utmost ethicalness, informed us and the rest of the customers. For a chain like yours the concern should be consumer satisfaction rather than greediness for money. And also, when the major dish you are serving is pizza how can you justify yourself by saying that oven is not working, when it is the only medium for cooking.

      I shall say that ahmedabad has enough pizza café but pizza hut has always topped the list but this problem has remained persistent, either do the needful or close the restaurant. Also, i'd like a refund for the filthy pizza that i ate because of a fault on your part.

        I had ordered pizza at 7.20 pm but i got the pizza at 9.30pm n the deliver y guy was from zomato n his name was vijay kumar. We had ordered 4 pan pizza but we got only 3 (Corn one was not there) that too cold and without chilli flakes n tissue paper. Wen i asked him for his manager's number he just ran away from there.. Disgusting experience.. Waste of money n time. Please remove 20 min guarantee plan.

        I ordered pizza today morning and the delivery came late. Pizza was cooked very fast i think, all veggies are half cooked and smells odd. I returned the pizza and told to refund the amount.

          order cancellation and refund

          Ordered online for wednesday offer making debit card payment. Received msg stating "your order will be delivered shortly". I was under impression that someone will call for delivery. When it' was more than half an hour, i called them n was informed them that it is pick up and will take another half an hour for delivery. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money back. They confirmed me of cancelling...

          I have ordered pizza for home delivery on 11th november 2017 (9:07 pm) for the address k-12 jupiter enclave sector 104, noida (201301) & after 4 follow ups pizza got delivered at 10:25 pm & that was same as garbage for me i have also complained to delivery boy but he was not giving any response on that he have collected money & he left from there. This kind of service i never expected from pizza hut, it was really waste of time & money (As bill was of 811/- inr) for me.

            I placed an order on[protected] wednesday at 0854 pm through online. As i stay at ina the nearest store was ansal plazza (Which it took automatically), order no at 0904 got a message "your pizza is on the way, n get ready to drool!!". Later at 0926 the store manager (Mob no: [protected]) called n told me that we dont deliver pizza in your area.
            Thereafter i called on pizza hut complaint number[protected] at 0933. But nobody was available that time on office.
            At least the same thing was told us just after the placement of order. Why did they take 30minutes to decide whether they should deliver pizza in this area or not..

              I had placed an order from the mobile no. [protected] on pizza hut mobile app. Though the payment went through (On my citibank credit card), the order transaction failed and pizza was not delivered. But, pizza hut has not refunded the amount paid for that failed transaction. I have made multiple calls to pizza hut customer care to get the refund, but i haven't received any satisfactory response.

              The customer care is refusing the refund the money sighting technical reasons such as bill desk reference number should be provided - its not available etc. I did contact the bank and they provided the bank transaction reference and they don't store the bill desk reference number. So, i am now in a helpless situation where the vendor is not providing the refund even after the bank transaction number was made available to them.

              I have also got a confirmation from the bank that pizza hut has claimed the amount for the failed order 2 days after the transaction. Pizza hut customer care also hasn't provided me an practical approach to get the bill desk reference number. I find this a clear case of cheating.

              I have been following up with pizza hut for 3 months and even after 6 months from the day of transaction, the amount hasn't been refunded.

              I have order pizza on 12th and 13th of this month . amount was deducted both the time but order was failed somehow.
              that amount has still not been refunded.

                I have orderedपि ppizza online and got the order details & confirmation on my registered email ID.
                Clearly mentioned in that mail that delivery with in 30 minutes after that free delivery.
                Then also I spoke to Mr punit & Mr Prashant at pizza hut call center for late delivery and they have allowed me to get ₹ 300 on my order to accept the delivery boy.
                But Mr Alpesh, the store manager has denied to allow the free delivery and₹ 300 discount as per confirmation by pizza hut call center.
                This is very bad on no any options to serve to our guests on this time and I have paid and by force I have to accept the order from Pizza Hut.
                I have order confirmation email and call records of Pizza hut call center and pizza Hut Stores number.

                Please this is not fair to on confirmation and commitment by this multinational company in our India.
                Because of there is no unity and association for single consumers.

                This is my humble request to take care on my complaint.

                    Ordered meals for 2 through reg no [protected], delivered wrong one with delay of 30 minutes, customer contact center is not responding properly,

                    Initially i used foodpanda for ordering, i ordered overloaded chicken pizza which cost is 399 without gst but i got delivered normal veg pizza with delay of half an hour.

                    Both foodpanda and pizza hut both not responding properly

                      Ordered a full price pizza at 9:20 pm on a friday. Website offered a coupon code on order asking me to change my order to cheese maxx since my current order didn't qualify for the coupon. Since i was clearly not interested in ordering the cheese maxx, i decided to go ahead with my regular order (1 pizza medium size and 1 calzone pocket) which cost me rs. 720.

                      As i'm writing this complaint at 10:20, the pizza still hasn't come. When i called the call centre, the "genius" there had the audacity to tell me that since they're applying 50% off on other orders today, i won't be getting any sort of refund and will have to pay full price. He's trying to explain to a lawyer what the terms and conditions mean, when i clearly had them open in front of me. Made 5 different phone calls and every time i was left hanging on the phone saying they will patch me to the malviya nagar store. I even have the recording of the delivery boy's signature and the recording of my conversation with the "genius" trying to scam people on behalf of this morally bankrupt establishment.
                      Never ordering from this [censored]shack again.

                            I bought a chocolate volcano from pizza hut in patia, bhubaneswar. Invoice number - 21517g014492 and order number - 21517g014919. The item was not at all a volcano cake. It was a plain chocolate cake which was heated. When i asked the manager, he told me that the only difference between a chocolate volcano and a truffle cake is that they heat up the volcano. This is cheating your customers.

                            I ordered veg puneet pizza overloaded of medium size. With GST of 18% the total price was rs353. After GST was reduced to 5% by the government, the total price for same pizza was rs381. Either pizza hut is not passing the GST benefit to customers or they increased the food price by 15%.

                              Hi all,
                              I ordered pizza online today under order reference 9388460, order was placed at 8:45pm and i received automated email confirmation about delivery at 9:25pm.9:07pm i received a message that pizza was on the way. But i didn't receive my delivery until 9:30pm.
                              I dialled up centralized team starting 9:30pm thrice and every time i was told that i will receive my order in 5 minutes. Finally i received my order at 10:05pm. Spoke with store in charge who was apologetic but also said my area was beyond their limits, but the delivery boy confirmed that he delivers regularly in my area.
                              I am very disappointed with the effort both by the franchise and centralized team and have decided not to order for pizza hut going forward, as this was 3rd such experience.
                              Just to note i had ordered from pizza hut, despite having domino's store within 100 meters from my residence.

                                We have ordered a chesse maxx tandoori paneer medium pizza from alpha mall ahmedabad pizza hut for a take away parcel and paid the amount for the same but when we reached home and saw it was a basic medium pizza and not upgraded to cheese maxx in spite of paying the money for chesse maxx this is a something which is not accepted please look into the same

                                  I placed the order on 3rd november 2017 at 9:45 pm and delivery time was 10:16 pm. I was tracking those order since 10:05 pm to till 10:48 pm with the pizza hut executive over the phone call. I called six times within this time frame and i had conversations with few more executive some of are mr anup sinha (Sr executive), paban kumar, sujit kumar, amit, and so on.
                                  I was pretty sure that i will get the delivery at least half an hour later from the actual delivery time as per the pizza hut executive conversation is concerned, because every time executive was told to me that your delivery is on the way so you will get it soon. I was waiting for such a long time till the late night and finally at 10:40 pm i was confirmed by pizza hut executive mr anup sinha that your order has been cancelled by store.in between there was no such intimation/ confirmation by none of the executive or from the pizza hut even till today also there is no such confirmation that my order has cancelled.
                                  (I talked in this number every time with different different executive pizza hut number - [protected])

                                  After disconnected the phone call with mr. Anup sinha, there was call from shyambazar store. While i received the call from (Shyambazar store -[protected]) this number, there was pretty astonished by me that person those who are talking to me is not able to share his name to me. I asked him many times please tell me your name but he was intentionally didn’t share his name and other detail as well.
                                  One of the most funniest thing is that while i was talking to shyambazar store person he was conveying this message s (Message was : sir, we have received the information from zomato that your order has been cancelled, so we are not able to deliver your pizza at around 11:18 pm. Again i asked him that is this number ([protected]) is belongs to zomato, he said yes. The person also told me that this service is not covering the service in your area, i said there were few more order had been delivered before, if you check you can be able to see, why not this time.                                   I already paid the money while i placed the order through online, as per the executive conversation is concerned that today within 11 o clock morning i will get the call from the pizza hut to refund my money confirmation, but unfortunately i didn’t received any call from them till now.
                                  So my question is to you if the order was cancelled then why there was not such any intimation by mail or sms? Why the executive was confirming in the late night where there was not any food in the outside of my home as well??
                                  Can i expect any such explanation regarding your pathetic service???

                                    On 27th oct i'd ordered 2 medium pan pizzas at 7:30pm. As company policy it didn't arrived at my home at 8 but at 8:35. I asked them for free of cost as policy they denied and promised for complimentary pizza, next when i ordered telling the previous problem they sent a complimentary pizza but 45 min late again. Again i asked for the policy of discount of 300 and to pay rest amount, the manager naming akash of store sector 10 a behaved too rudely saying ma'am you do whatever you want to do i don't care and return our pizzas back. Pizza hut is degrading it's services and simultaneously increasing number of dissatisfied customers. Worst experience ever. Please take possible action against the case. My order number was 23217g010907.

                                    I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, Patiala with order number 9359800 and have to cancel the order.But I didn't got my refund till now.As I'm a college student it is an urgent issue and pls initiate the refund as soon as possible.

                                      I had visited pizza hut today. I ordered 10 magic pan pizza. But the quality of the pizza was very bad. There were no cheese on the pizza. I m a regular customer of pizza hut. I never expected this from pizza hut. I also took some photos of pizza. The quality of the pizza was worst and also staff service was very very bad. I m sharing you the address of pizza hut which is situated in ahmedabad. S &n 3, 4 shailly complex surdhara circle thaltej ahmedabad - 380054. Please do some strict action.
