On 5th may i have ordered pizza through online and choose mvisa as a payment option. The amount is debited but the website failed to complete the transaction. I have called up the customer care and they suggested me to go through the cash on delivery option for now. The amount which is debited will revert back to me within 15 working days but which didn't happen ever after 45 days...

When i called up the customer care they are now telling that is store problem. I have to contact the store guy, looks like though i ordered through their website they are asking me to visit the store. Store is guy is saying that it is a finance team issue. I lost patience by calling these people everyday.

I have provided even the mvisa payment confirmation screenshot along with all the details.

For just one order i paid twice and more over getting high bp when i call these guys..

Can anyone help me to file a consumer case against these guys... I want to claim even the compound interest along with the compensation for giving me more stress...

Worst pizza hut experience ever i had this time. Today i have entered pizzahut phoenix mall at around 10:30 pm for dinner with my wife and daughter. I waited for almost 15 min just to ask someone to please xome and take my order.

I have ordered for meal for 2 in which i took chicken supreme pizza, garlic bread spicy supreme, 1 ice tea and 1 chicken soup.

I have attaches picture of garlic bread spicy supreme in which manager ravish replaces green chilli with red chilli as per him green chillies was out of stock.

Service part as in i was sitting in any cheap restaurant. Server places garlic bread on table and try to make place on table by pushin gbc platter.

Dinner plates was found kept on top of each other.

Music as in cheap bollywood songs from 'ek villian' movie. I have to keep on looking for a server who was busy in some other table cash out or might be busybin closing in section.

Manager ravish was very unprofessional and become bit concious also when i clicked picture of garlic bread spicy supreme with red chilli. I just had a sip of my soup almost half of my soup was there in soup bowl he came to my table and asked me can i remove your soup. As in he cant see i have not finished it yet.

Its sad to see franchisees here spoiling brand image of brands like pizza hut.

I will give them 1 out of 10 just for the taste of pizza which i love it.

We ordered pizza delivery on phone call bearing number [protected] jpnagar outlet. After an hour and 10 minutes did not receive the order. When called back. They asked to wait for 10 mins for cross checking and said that i would get a call regarding this. After waiting for another 10 mins called back and asked again about the order. They took another 5 mins to check and said that the order was not placed. Please order again.

This is regarding the poir respone getting from pizza hut.. I ordered pizza on 18 june. Phone was picked by ganesh from mulund branch, %when i ordered margeritta small. He said we dont deliver pizza less than rs 200. I am the regular cutomer of pizza hut and i was not espected such type of service.

There is a lot of comptition in market and such type of reaponse is enough to loose the customer..

I have raised a complaint for pizza hut store located near magarpatta (01, green harvest bldg, magarpatta, 140/11 & 13 hadapsar pune - 411028). They are not refunding my amount after delivering the order late. I raised the issue multiple times but they are very unprofessional.
They are not able to identify the store even when i provided them correct details. They don't have my registered number but i am getting their delivery messages and promotional messages on phone. They don't provide the complaint number.

When i asked them to talk to superior, all of sudden all information was in place. But when i talked to him, he refused to told me his name. I asked him if he is his superior, he didn't responded but he introduced himself as supervisor initially.

Later they put me on hold till the call got disconnected.

I have recorded all voices while calling as proofs.

I'd ordered pizza online last night 8 pm online order. I got order confirmation. Made online payment a well thru my cc. To my utter horrer and surprise i got call @ 9:05 pm from store telling they just received order due to technical glitch at phd end and order will take s other 30 mins. While speaking with store manager he was rude and told me to escalate to cust support. I understood the fact later when called up call center. They directed me to give feedback against store and nothing they did further. Also "supervisor" was too busy to speak to me to understand my grievance.
I waited till 10 pm as there was no updates i need to make arrangements elsewhere and got sth else for me and family. It took 10:30 pm to get alternate foid that ruined my evening and my family and kid to bore hunger for such long hours.
This was most horrific exp with phd.
I would be raising complaint for refund for my amount along with compensation and top of it closure of store and incompetent help desk of phd.

Over all phd sucks and they are pathetic

They mentioned on the call that online ordering of pizza for rs. 490 they will deliver one extra pizza free and only on online order is this option available. When i asked the status they told that only one pizza will be delivered and there is no free pizza option.

Why do you people do business in india to cheat customers?

We will close down pizza hut if cheating customers is your way of business.

We will promote indian pizzas.

Myself kaustubh chavan, resident of vishal nagar pune. I ordered pizza from pizza hut wakad via online website of pizza hut - pizzahut.co.in at 8.45 pm on 16th june 2017. Total amount paid for the order - rs.585.55 via netbanking. My order reference no is 8478997.
We receive sms from pizza hut at 9.36 pm that your order has been dispatched
We wait patiently and then series of call to pizza hut call centre starts
We try calling pizza hut call since 9.45 p. M as we did not receive our order even after one hour since placing order. We call them 5-6 times and every time their executive tells us that you will receive order in next 5-10 mins.

Even till the time i am writing this complaint we havent received our order.
What a normal consumer desires even after paying nearly 600 rupees we dont get services we deserve a dinner meal on time???
Also we paid 95 rs service tax/vat on 490 rs.

Please take strict action against pizza hut pune branch so that they respect consumers sentiments and value their time and money.

We have received our pizza 1 hour late after we placed the order.

The delivery guy did not pick our phone during this 1 hour. He didn't even give the origami and chilly flakes. We called him for that but he did not pick the phone again. We had to eat chilled pizza that too without origami and chilly flakes. We had never faced such a poor service. We were promised fresh and hot pizza but in reality our friday night has been ruined. Worst pizza ever and worst delivery guy. We will never order anything from pizza hut if no action will be taken on this complaint.

With due respect i enjoy your services and pizza.

But yesterday (Sunday) something very pathetic happened.

Its a incident from crystal world near rishikesh.

*. I ordered 2 small pizzas.
*. I was just eating and got to see a hair in pizza which i went and showed to the pizza hut stall man who was serving.
He was very illiterate, what he said you had added hair (And kahi or se agaya hoga).
*. After listening to this i got angry and said refund my money.
He said notanki mat kr yha.
*. After getting blames i shouted and he shouted back on me.
*. Its not a matter of money and all. It was just service and respect to customer.
*. Then crystal world people came and they handled the incident.
*. Your guy and pizza was pathetic ever in history of pizza hut.
*. I had a pizza and there was no cheese on that but a water like white sauce and stuffing i got was 3 shimla mirch small piece and 9 10 corn piece.
May i know is it sufficient on a small pizza??? When i can look all the pizza and water like sauce with very less amount of stuffing,.
*. Its the worst ever experice i have.
*. I have a video if you guys want proof i can show and can file a case against pizza hut, but i need a solution from your end
*. I do not want the guy to lose his job but only to respect the job and customer. He was the face there.
*. When i asked ii need to talk to your manager, he said i am the manager.

Now i need a better resolution from pizza hut as i am still angry on pizza and the service guy.
This issue needs to be escalated.

I ordered pizza at 9.40pm on 14th may 2017 and was delivered in 1hr 10 min after the order was done. The order no. Is 8260275 on 14th may 2017. I had raised a complaint on 14th may as well. The feedback id is 62283. I called up the store manager and i was told that within 15 days the amount would be refunded in my account but till date it has not been done.

I went with my family yesterday night i. E 11th june, to have dinner at pizza hut, ghod dod road, surat. We four had reached there at around 7.45 pm. We noticed that a table was vacant and had a perfect view to see the cricket match on tv there.
Some waiter called us and asked us politely to sit there.
However, then comes some young arrogant guy with mustache and told "take some other table with four seats, this is a table for 6." we politely requested if he can allow us to sit so we can enjoy the match india vs. South africa, but he started shouting on us as if we had done some crime in requesting. He shouted on us with a harsh tone. He was like literally threatening! We eventually got up and shifted to some other table to avoid unnecessary scenes.
Is this the way you guys train your manager? Is the way customers are treated? What the hell that manager thinks of himself? I want some strict action to be taken against that person immediately. Please send me the photo also so i will recognize that person and i hope you will take some stringent action against him. I am not sure if he is manager but he seems to be some senior there and was bossing around. He purposely got our pizzas late, we nearly waited for half n hour to get food on table. Even at the time of billing, we had to wait for 10 minutes.

I sincerely request the pizza hut management team to call me, i will explain the matter personally on phone too.

Also, i repeat, send me photos of all senior staff members (Men only), i will identify him personally.

I expect some very strict action to be taken and intimate me at the earliest for the actions you have taken against him!!

If pizza hut management fails to take action, i will have to legally put an fir complaint against management as well that person in particular.

Description of the incident.

I placed a order sum of 832 rs from pizza hut android application 2 times it took through payment process and tells order didn't go through.

I have called to customer care they replay with out responsibility. One guy says 11 days and one more guy says 21 days to refund.

I do not understand why it takes so much time to refund. If they are facing issues with their website or app they should intimate it before going through payment process. Why the consumer should wait for 11 or 21 days to get his money back for the mistake of a company.11 or 21 days is very long time.

Even the mail received does not tell the exact number of days it will be refunded.

I will be expecting the refund of 832+832=1664 rs as soon as possible

On friday night around 10, i ordered a pizza and one cold drink. The person said it will take 30 min to deliver. After 40 minutes when they didn't deliver i again called and checked the status of my order. The person on the phone said the delivery person will call me in another 5 mins. I waited for another 10 mins. I didn't get any call from delivery person. By that time the time was around 11.15. Again i called, but nobody picked up my call to tell me the status of my order. After so many trails luckily my call got answered from other side and i got to know my order was never registered and initiated. I felt so disappointed and disgusted that how could they do this.in the end he said tomorrow morning i will get a feedback call. But i never got a call from phd regarding this. How an so called international chain can do this to people. How they can leave people to be hungry in night and no commitments. Shameless people. Didn't ever bother to call back and say sorry about the incident. This was my first home delivery order. I'm so much disappointed that i will never call them for any order. The called number was[protected].

Horrible service by the call centre[protected] in hyderabad, not only are they unprofessional and rude but also have no clue about anything! Couldn't take an order, couldn't connect the call to the store and they hung up on me twice promising a call back. Never got one though! Extremely disappointed.
Please look into the matter and mainly look into the people you hire for the job!

I want to say that pizza hut gaya, bihar is providing a very bad quality pizza. I ate pizzas in different states of india but pizza hut of gaya, bihar is delivering a very bad quality of pizza. I ordered pan pizza but the delivered pizza is very shocking and of very bad taste. Totally waste of money. Also they delivered very late. 45 min after ordered.

I have ordered a pizza from pizza hut kadubeesanahalli store on april 7th 2017 using foodpanda app. The order was made at 08:09 pm and the delivery was promised by 8:40 pm (Payment receipt from mobikwik & foodpanda order history available). Total payment amount : rs. 618.76.

At 8:35 pm i get a call from the store person who informed me that the pizza is ready, but since there are no delivery people available, it will be delayed and delivered 15 mins late. I asked him that if the pizza is already ready, wont it get cold by the time it is delivered and asked him why they did not prepare the pizza itself a bit late, once the delivery person is available. He promised me that it is not a problem and that the pizza itself will be delivered hot and fresh.

After waiting till 9:00 pm, i called the store again and they informed me that the pizza is already out for delivery. Waited 10 more mins and called again - 1 hour since making the order - really worried about the condition of the pizza when it is delivered. They informed again that the person is almost reached my place and it will reach soon and that it will be still hot.

Waited again till 9:30 pm and called the store, now really irritated. The person who attended the call was not at all helpful and kept repeating the same story. So i asked to be transferred to the store manager. He was a sensible person and understood my concerns regarding the pizza getting cold and promised to give me a 50% refund on the amount paid. I was really irritated, since my daughter wanted to have something before sleeping and i had to finally buy something else from another restaurant for her, after waiting so much. It was way past her bedtime already.

Finally the delivery person reached at 9:55 pm, and he told me the reason for the delay was because he had to wait somewhere else because another customer did not pay for the delivery. Which is an absurd reason, because i live less than 1 km from this store! Definitely it was pathetic planning from their end that they did not deliver the nearest order first and instead kept it for the end. Anyways, i collected the order and started to eat, only to find that the entire pizza was cold and damp. I kept it in the oven to heat it up and then it became so hard that it was completely inedible and i had to throw it out. There was also an order for garlic bread, which was so soggy that it was tasteless and i had to throw it away as well.

I called up the store manager and asked for a replacement order for the same items. He said it will not be possible to deliver on time again and instead promised me a full refund for the bill amount. The person was very nice to speak to, but apparently it is all a scam and they never initiated any refunds - 50% or 100%. After waiting 14 days as they had informed, i called them up and they asked me to wait another week and that the amount will be credited back. It has been 2 months now and nothing has happened yet. There is no direct number provided for the store and calling their number gets diverted to their call centre. I called up multiple times over the period of 2 months and they always inform me that the store manager will contact me back, but no progress yet - except my telephone bill getting bigger with every call.

Please avoid this pizza hut kadubeesanahalli store run by scammers!

Tried to order online but failed. Called Pizza Hut Delivery[protected] City Center, Durgapur. Phone rang but no one picking up. After 3 attempts someone picked up, took my phone no ([protected]) and informed mre of call back. Waiting for 10 minutes again I called. This time the fellow took my order and informed me that he will call back for confirmation. I got no call and again after 15 minutes I called back to confirm my order. The guy there picked up my call but continued talking with someone else and finally hang up. Frustrated I called Domino and received my PIZZAS well within time. Should I make any booking with Pizza Hut in Future?

Yesterday i have ordered pizza and expected delivery time was 07:19 pm.

But it did not get deliver. I have followed up multiple times with customer care team and nobody answer my question correctly what causing to not deliver the pizza.

I really had horrible experience with pizza hut services. I am sure in future i am not going to shop anything from here.

Please refund my rs 467.55 on my bank account.
