Yesterday i visited sector 15 pizza hut where i ordered two 299 rs 4 pan pizza packs and two appy and one Pepsi. The girl manager asked me to give rs 950 i gave it even though the total was 850. She didn't gave me bill i thoght she would give it in the end. When i asked her in the end she denied by saying she lost it somewhere. I asked to show me duplicate copy she said shw would mail me but still i haven't received the one and i don't know for what she charged me rs 100 extra as now after GST their should not be any service tax. It was pathetic and disgusting service from pizza hut. I will never visit pizza hut in my life. I would prefer domino's over it. Thanks.

Its been 15 days now and still no one is even responding to my query.

I am a Advocate and please know that I am totally aware of the legal procedures.

I want to file for compensation in the consumer court Pune.

    I am Sai Prasad, my mobile no [protected], order was placed on 30th April, money got deducted order was cancelled by pizzahit due to may be some technical issues nut neither I received the pizza nor i received the refund amount till now, ... I called near by store many times, but couldn't receive response till now and contacted the people in Pizza hut by directly going to the store and provided by bank statement as the proof but no one is properly responding and no one helped me to get my refund... so I wanted file complaint on this issue, please look into this Matter asap..

      I have ordered for 3 items out of one item shown in menu was priced at 45 ruppes but in bill it was charged at Rs 49.When I asked manager about the same he replied that invoice has been generated by system and this item has been discontinued. Left with no other option I have to drop the order . Kind of treatment given by PHD is really very heart hurting. No one is there for listening to customers.

        I booked an order of Pizza online from your site on 27 june, 2017. I had placed the order by paying bill through canara internet banking but I didn't get any message or notification of order confirmation from your side. After waiting about 30 minutes when i called to pizza hut for inquire they told me that they did not received any order for me. The transaction reference no. is "BILLDSK-JCNB[protected]-BILLDSK". So, I kindly request you to check this matter and give me my money back as soon as possible.

        Hello, My order from Pizza Hut with order number 8557793 was delivered after 30mins. And as Pizza Hut promises to give the order for free if the delivery is after 30 mins, I request you to refund my paid amount.
        Truth of the Year: Never make any Online payment to Pizza hut for Online orders!!!

          I placed order through online on 16 June '17 at 9 p.m. and paid money also. Neither Pizza was delivered nor they cancelled the order. We waited till 9:45 p.m. and then called the call center there they replied that it will be delivered within half an hour but till 11p.m. nothing happened . We kept on calling call center and they gave the same reply and after 11 they started telling that due to technical problem pizza is not delivered and money will be refunded within 7 working days .Till now I did not get my money. I called customer care n number of times, but every time they say, the money will be refunded in 24 hrs.

            Hello, I had order pizza online on Pizza hut on Sunday 25th June 2017 and made a payment with my credit card of Rs 242 at 19:35. Payment was done and after sometime i received a call from Pizza Hut that we do not deliver to your locality. He mentioned that the amount would be refunded back within 3-4 days. However till now, i have not got back the amount. Request a refund asap.

            P.S. I received a message from Pizza Hut mentioning the Order number also.

            I ordered 2 pan pizza's for 632.70 rupees online and didn't receive confirmation but the money was deducted from my account, when will i I receive my refund?

              I placed an order for pizza on 31st may 2017. Order was not completed but the amount was deducted. Here is the email received on the same evening. Later after a week or so i called the pizza hut and was told amount will be credited back to my card soon, by 21st june. So far there's no refund. Likewise there are tons of complaints as i can see. Is this a scam since most o[censored]s don't have the time to pursue further than a call or two? I need a refund asap

                I have tried ordering pizza on website of pizzahut on 31st may 2017 through my registered mobile no. [protected]. Amount deducted is rs 1076.50. But unfortunately the transaction could not be completed due to technical errors in the website.

                In this regard i have called customer care of pizza hut on the same day and got the response of refund of money within 14 working days.

                On 27th june 2017 i again called pizzahut customer care but could not get the proper response.

                I request you to resolve this issue at earliest.

                Within few minutes after I lodged the compliant, a person called me for resolving the compliant with No. [protected]. During conversation he told me that Rs 10 will be charged for processing the refund but I objected for it and told him I will go to consumer court in case whole amount is not refunded. Then he started talking in unparliamentary language viz F...K etc.

                Not received any update on the refund
                I had placed an order 8467248 on 14th june 2017 but it was cancelled due to some reasons. Was told that refund will be initiated. I tried calling them after few days but no one's answering. I want the refund asap. There were no mails regarding the refund and whatsoever.

                    I booked one pizza online and make the payment through mobikwik on 15th may 2017 afternoon which order id is imbk[protected] time 16.16.59 ist. But when i called to pizza hut they informed me that they did not received any order for me.
                    So after that i immediately contacted to mobikwik to inquire about my order at 4.40 p. M. On may 15. They asked me to wait for 7 to 10 working days.
                    So after waiting for more than two hour i booked another pizza same day on c. O. D basis. Which was being delivered and paid in cash for that.
                    For my undelivered pizza which was booked online and payment was made through mobikwik. I contacted several times to mobikwik and raised this issue with them every time they informed me that they are looking in this case with merchant and from their end payment has been made successfully to pizza hut. But they are looking in it with pizza hut and willbe update me accordingly.
                    Finally yesterday june 22 2017 i received their final email and they are asking for the email of cancellation or failed transaction.
                    Please provide me details of transaction id imbk[protected] date may 15 2017 time 16:16:59 ist. Transaction amount 933.82.

                      On May 31st, i'd placed a take away order online at Pizza Hut Ba. Although an amount of 649.50 was deducted from my account, the order was not successful. Hence, no order id was generated. I later called the customer service number of Pizza hut and complained about the same. They assured me that the amount will be automatically be reverted to my account in a few days which never happened. In the attached snapshot, you can see transaction that happened on my account on 31st may. It's been nearly a month, and I've not seen any credit transaction from Pizza Hut in my account. They keep forwarding my calls from one department to the other without any resolution. They are rude and moreover i get all sorts of answers like "sorry sir, we can't see any transactions on your mobile number" although I've ordered from pizza hut numerous times. This is really frustrating and i want them to really learn a harsh lesson for such a pathetic customer service.

                        Pizza we had orderd on 21/06/2017 order no : phnrlc09 the pizza we ordered and the pizza they delivered was totally different. I ordered for paneer vegorama medium and they had put sweet corn instead of paneer. And above all that the delivery was too late. And when we asked for discount they totally denied n they said we informed you which was totally baseless..

                              I went to pizza hut today, quality was worst and i must say it was terrible, pasta was horrible. They have one person who is cleaning the floor, i asked him washroom was not clean he went to clean it but there was no water, after that he started making lemonade. There was flies all over my pizza... Yukkkk... Wastage of money its better to eat in normal bakery, it hardly cost 50 to 80 rs instead of wasting more than 500rs and eating bakwas and unhygienic pizza in so called pizza hut...

                                I have visited above branch yesterday. It was bad experience.ac was not working and staff is not responding positively. They need to just put one fan to resolve this issue. Why you are taking too much service tax if you are not able to deliver service to your customer? I want refund otherwise i will post this feed back everywhere in social media. This was my last visit at pizza hut.

                                  On 5th may i have ordered pizza through online and choose mvisa as a payment option. The amount is debited but the website failed to complete the transaction. I have called up the customer care and they suggested me to go through the cash on delivery option for now. The amount which is debited will revert back to me within 15 working days but which didn't happen ever after 45 days...

                                  When i called up the customer care they are now telling that is store problem. I have to contact the store guy, looks like though i ordered through their website they are asking me to visit the store. Store is guy is saying that it is a finance team issue. I lost patience by calling these people everyday.

                                  I have provided even the mvisa payment confirmation screenshot along with all the details.

                                  For just one order i paid twice and more over getting high bp when i call these guys..

                                  Can anyone help me to file a consumer case against these guys... I want to claim even the compound interest along with the compensation for giving me more stress...

                                  I am Gayathri from Chennai.On 6th june i have ordered pizza in Ashok Nagar Pizza hut using my debit card as a payment option. The amount is debited but the website failed to complete the transaction. That time card machine was in problem. The shop guy didn't even informed me.I asked him to refund the money back, he said the amount which is debited will revert back to u within 2 working days but which didn't happen ever after 20 days...

                                  Now the store guy is not responding properly, he is saying that it is a bank issue.Go and ask your debit account bank. I lost patience by calling these people everyday.

                                    Worst pizza hut experience ever i had this time. Today i have entered pizzahut phoenix mall at around 10:30 pm for dinner with my wife and daughter. I waited for almost 15 min just to ask someone to please xome and take my order.

                                    I have ordered for meal for 2 in which i took chicken supreme pizza, garlic bread spicy supreme, 1 ice tea and 1 chicken soup.

                                    I have attaches picture of garlic bread spicy supreme in which manager ravish replaces green chilli with red chilli as per him green chillies was out of stock.

                                    Service part as in i was sitting in any cheap restaurant. Server places garlic bread on table and try to make place on table by pushin gbc platter.

                                    Dinner plates was found kept on top of each other.

                                    Music as in cheap bollywood songs from 'ek villian' movie. I have to keep on looking for a server who was busy in some other table cash out or might be busybin closing in section.

                                    Manager ravish was very unprofessional and become bit concious also when i clicked picture of garlic bread spicy supreme with red chilli. I just had a sip of my soup almost half of my soup was there in soup bowl he came to my table and asked me can i remove your soup. As in he cant see i have not finished it yet.

                                    Its sad to see franchisees here spoiling brand image of brands like pizza hut.

                                    I will give them 1 out of 10 just for the taste of pizza which i love it.
