Below are my order details which i booked for delivery yesterday.

1st Issue: But unfortunately, PIZZA HUT failed to deliver the good on time, they took 1:45 minutes to delivery the 3 pizzas. The office(delivery address) is almost less than 2kms from delivery store.

2nd Issue: we had received the pizzas in such a conditions that even we cant eat this pizzas if you give free of cost. all the 3 pizzas are totally cold and just like bread.

3rd Issue: We had orders 7 pepsi's. but at the time of delivery around 10:00 PM on 28th June, the delivery boy is saying by mistake he had took only 1 instead of 7 pepsi's.


For all this things, we had given you 1442/-. Which is nothing use for us.

Now do let me with this service are you expecting us to contact you again for the service or what is the action you are taking on the store incharge.

Now how is taking ownership of paying my 1442/- to my credit card account which i had paid for above said order.

I just ordered pizza from pizza hut through food panda and the whole pizza fell inside the delivery guys bag and he picked the pieces one by one and said it's still hot and there is no problem. It was really confusing and creepy. One minute my door bell rings and next minute it was a nightmare.

I have nothing against that guy feeding me with his unwashed hands. But really? I will definitely have nightmares today and it's not worth 632 rs. Attaching the mind blowing pictures of the charming pizza delivery guy. For Christ's sake, I was alone at my house and he was coming into my house with a piece of pizza in his hand. Later he even picked the pizza toppings one by one from the bag which was kept on floor (chicken meatballs and some cheese toppings to be specific) and said.. see, everything is there. Nothing is missing.

I have called the pizza hut. I don't know how they will handle this thing. If at all this is handled with a bunch of sorry and usual dialogues like this will never happen again, I am going to publish this pics online. And I will make sure nobody orders from Food panda, even with the exciting 40% off. I will make this my personal mission. Believe me, I will.

My son placed an order for a chicken supreme medium size pizza with chicken tikka toppings. What was delivered was a chicken tikka pizza. The price quoted for the original order was above 600 but the delivered pizza cost was only 500 odd.
Upon calling them again mentioning about the goo[censored]p, the service attendant said he would send over the delivery man to collect the pizza and re-deliver the actual order. I also told him that the pizza was for my son who was already quite hungry and to speed it up. He said he would. Now after waiting for over an hour there is still no sign of the exchange. Upon re-calling the service centre and asking to speak with the Manager, the new attendant Harish said that was not possible and argued back saying that the pizza ordered was the chicken tikka! After much argument, he said he would take a complaint and that I would receive a call back in five minutes, but clearly that hasn't happened either. So now my son is in tears and on an empty stomach...thanks to Pizza Hut.

Recently (6/22/2016) i had gone to "pizza hut kakakarbag, patna, bihar. D eatails of my bill are invoice no [protected], order no [protected], time 8:47 pm, token no 300. My complaint consist of following
1. Delay in service : i was given a token no 300 and had to wait for more then 35 minutes.
2. Giving priority to others: i kept waiting paitently but was surprise that token 312 onwards were given priority. Ffinally when we were given our order... Token no 317 was also being given. (Inspire of reminding more then 3 times, not being heed)
3. Refusal to provide for complaint book: after it became unbearable i sought for complaint book which was not provided.
4. All this resulted in bitter experience and we have owed not take any meal here after.
5. Just a polite reminder... Customer care missed, customer lost forever.

Its really very shameful that i had worst experience at PH Ludhiana Ferozpur on 18th June around 10:15 pm. Which i had shared through your GES portal (GES Validation code: 45483) on 19th Jun'16 and had asked to call me back. but so far i haven't received any call or resolution. If you guys can't give proper dine in service, why do you charge, service charge. I hope to listen from you on urgent.

I have placed online order for Rs.706/- on 4th June 2016, post that I have cancelled my online order and re-order new menu to call center lady, she cancelled my online order and took new order and new order being delivered to my place.

Now, the issue is, my first which I did online I paid amount thru online netbanking, as I cancelled my ordre I have been informed that with 10 business days my money will be returned to my Bank account. From past 3 days I am calling customer care number but no one is responding on my issue, I want my money back. Please look into this.

I ordered pizza at thakur village pizza hut the person said he vil deliver pizza in 45 mins after 45 mins i called in pizza hut thakur village for piZza not delivered they said me after 45 mins that it vil not deliver at my area i mean y not said before they said to cal growels pizza hut it is near by you so i called ther again i ordered the pizza agian not delivered till 10.00 again i called the person he said is on the way bt till 11.00 it was not delivered thn canceled it nd wat service they provide nt delivering at time.

complaint :

The pizza were not up to the mark . 2 of my pizzas were not even cut
But the biggest disappointment were the garlic breads . they were not garlic bread at all .
nothing how it was depicted on the website and nothing to taste like one .
It was just a heated base of pan pizza given to us in a pizza box .
I have kept the sample for you to show .

I have called customer care 4 times from yesterday night as soon as the delivery was made . I was promised 3 times that complaint has been registered and you will get a call back from store manager . But nothing .

I called again on 20/6/2016 and again same promise but nothing .
First the called told me it was a order mixup . Then he told me sometimes there are 2 orders to be delivered so the delivery guy must have mixed it up .

I have order a pizza online wide order no[protected] on june 03, 2016 but due to some reason i have to cancel the order instantly on call, they have tolled me the refund would come in 2 to 10 working days. But till now after so many complaint i have not received any reply from there side and not even received any refund. They always say that refund will come in 2-3 working days but till now i have not see any progress in my refund
I request you to take my complaint seriously and get my refund asap

I placed order online from pizza hut delivery.
I wanted to apply coupons but since it didn't ask for coupons when it any pop up about confirming . The order got placed.
To my surprise there was no option for order cancellation the first point.
Secondly I instantly called [protected] for cancelling order, dive pizza hut didn't confirm on call.
I spoke to jayprakash, I told him my concern the order need to be cancelled, will place it again with proper coupon, he confirmed me the order is cancelled. Based on this I was browsing through another order but the old order got delivered and I have to pay him Rs.701 cash, since I don't want to argue that time. So I could not able to apply coupon.
I need to sort it out.
Either they have to refund me the full amount since cancellation was placed.
How come they delivered it ??I didn't get option for second delivery with coupon code?

Online order placed @pizza hut, soul space centre, Bangalore for party and done a grate mistake.
They could not deliver on time & more over could not deliver or call back even after 3 hrs from the promised time.
Just to avoid the fake promises "FREE" IF COULD NOT DELIVER WITHIN 30 MINUTES, call centre guys play unethical, logic less reasons to avoid the delivery.
PIZZA HUT please stop fooling the customers..This is not what customers expect
Call centre should at least able to track the order and provide status OTHER-THAN SAYING SORRY WE WILL ARRANGE CALL BACK. If logical customers will make alternative arrangements, don't try to bluff customers saying 5 min, 10 min... NO ONE ASKED TO GIVE FREE IF NOT DELIVERED IN 30 MIN.

As we lived in hostel we order pizza every 4-5 day and delivery boy comes to our room to deliver order but in past few months they are not coming to our room asking us to come out of our hostel . delivery boy also gave missed instead of calling us when the order comes to our door step (what's this missed call how can we know about the order with a missed call).as pizza is dilevered to our room before month we are expecting that service from you .

I order 2 pizzas and cheese garlic bread and chicken item. I ordered at 8:00 pm and i had to wait till 9 pm. After that when i didn't got my order then i call to ideal home rajarajeshwari pizzahut, they were saying we didn't got your order that i was i had done order through online and i paid for that order and even i confirmed the order by call them also. They put my hold first for 10 min after mentioned my ordered number (0231_6027929) then he was saying yes we got order but there no time gurantee for delivery and we cannot do anything for this and talking to rodley and want cancel your order. Nice to hear after wait for 1 hour then see their attitude. Worst employees in pizzahut and don't have manners "how to talk". Please provide training to them first.

I had purchased 2 medium Pizzas with cheese Maxx and the bill amount is Rs.1450 and what I got were not Pizzas. After 45 minutes, I got 2 open boxes with pieces of in the name of Pizzas. The complete centre part got stuck with the paper beneath the Pizzas. The lady who received money said, These Pizzas have extra cheese so all got stuck with the paper. I was just wondering if she thought me as fool... I felt pizza hut lost in the competition with Dominos because of worst quality Pizzas that r too costly and providing extreme bad customer service. I felt that Pizza hut had literally stole 1450 rupees from me. My number is [protected]. I need severe action to be taken. The incident happened on 12/06/2016 at 2PM in Chennai, Chromepet branch. Let me see if this forum really works on consumer problems or its just a dummy website.

Today I placed a order for Pizza from Devyani Internation ltd No. 09, V layout, kagadasapura Main Road, C V Raman Nagar Bangalore with order no.[protected] for home delivery. This order delivered to me without Chilli flakes and masala. I asked delivery boy regarding this, he said it is inside the packet.When we opened nothing was there except Pizza, again we asked that boy, then he said i will provide you within 5 minutes but not yet come. Any way we had the Pizza without masala though I am the regular patronage. Very disappointing with service this time.

Inorbit mall in malad west pizza hut. i want to complain against pizzza hut which is in malad west inorbit mall.
the manager is not giving salary to the employee, he always give some reason
and he also gives weekly 2 off saying that sr are coming so u dont come. my age is 19 so why to hide. and they also say 10 days salary will be keep always pending .

Hi this is dixit kumar i am your corporate customer last night i went to saket pizza hut and asked about order but suddenly mr tarun manager he has miss behavior with me even he called to 2 crop without fail 100 no.
Me:-plz give corporate discount i am amex employee you can take my people soft id (E code).
Tarun:- no sir you have to present your card first.
Me:- tarun i am not coming first time in this store we have our office in same block i think you just join this location and about my card its in my car and its really far to this place can you please. Process same i am giving my people soft i'd.
Tarun.:- no sir we are going on process and might be you are regular customers but i never see you here yes i have joind last month only and last manager not going on process that's why he is not more in this location.
He has through out he make you happy but not the company.

Me:- feedback form dijiye :- online karna. Mein. Nahi de raha jahan jo karna hein kar... Kisi ke bap. Mein dum nahi hein mujhe hilane ka... Bahar chal ke bat karte yahan family bethi h apka business par impact padega he said mere vap ki company nahi h.
Crop come i have explain each and everything then they said you can go now.
He has checked i drunk or not they didn't find anything they have checked and cross questions with me about amex discount they get all think positive. So that they leave me.
I am very much deeply heartbroken by your manager i am request you to please change his duty from here otherwise this kind of behavior will be dangerous one day.

I have ordered pizza @8pm with below reference.. Delivery time was 8.37pm. But still i didnt get my order. Not got any call. Tried to calling[protected] and 3988 3988. But it saying those nos are wrong.

If you cant provide within 30 min then why you guys keeping this in add and website you will provide free. I need this delivery as free and needs my cash back

We ordered 2 pizza meal and which was around 399 rupees per meal. The total amount was around 800 for the meal.

Pizza hut charged us around 48-50% tax (14% service tax, 25% vat, 5 % again service tax)

Our total bill amount was gone to around 1209 which is around 409 more and that is a rubbish part paid for tax.

I was ready to pay 15% service tax which is normal for all the things, but they including another type of taxes in it which is really not understood. I want to raise this to the higher level so that no other people get cheated by paying approx 50% tax on the food they have at such kind of places
