We have made an order in pizza hut order number13725835 the order automatically got cancelled without any reason after calling the customer care and executive named Rakesh made Shure your order will be delivered in few time and you will get an call from store manager We never got a call we called again an executive name shrinivasan picked up the call he was laughing at the situation and said he is getting no response on store manager such pethtic sevice from Pizza hut we waited near about 1.15 hrrs for the order reply disappointed from such a big bang pethetic service by coustomer care officers shrinivasan and rakesh Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered a Pizza yesterday and it got delivered late than 30 mins. It was cold when I opened it. Still I have not received any refund with your offer of 30 mins or free. There is even no notification about it.

I have rrceived two e-invoices from pizza hut (viviana mall, thane) on 24 September and 3 October 2019; though I have not ordered anything or did not even go for dining on these dates. This has been happening repeatedly. Kindly resolve this issue. I request a call back.
