[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — cancellation without information | |||
I online booked order #3276963 dated 20/09/2018 and put the prefererred delivery time at 6.30p.m, after waiting till 6.40p.m I called the help desk, from there I came to know that my order has been cancelled, it was so embarrassing for me as my guest and kids were waiting for the pizza and all of a sudden we came to know that order has been cancelled without our knowledge. I am really sorry to inform you that this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach of pizza hut had made me to think of breaking relations with pizza hut and no order to pizza hut in future.
