Pizza Hut India — Card payment done but didn't receive the pizza | |||||
I placed this order at 9:55pm amd i have been waiting past 12am I didn't even receive a phone call. I called pizza hut and all the kept saying is that they will call the store manager and i would get a call back However, i did not receive any call back for 1 and a half hour post delivery expected time. What kind of fast food service is this? At least some decency to call up the customer and inform if it gets late. I rang up pizza hun 6 times and each time i got the same reply. The last agent on the phone told me that i would receive my order at 11:30pm sharp (Which i didn't). He also stated that the delivery boy left at 11:20 with his bike. If a customer can understand the rainy season inconvenience where is the understanding and responsibilities of the pizza hut management to atleast give a call to that customer and inform about the status I called 6 times and till now i haven't received my order neither a call back from any manager and at the moment it's past 12. Pizza hut has really been dissapointing this time.. I've ordered my order at miraroad branch and i live in miraroad itself. I don't see the point of not getting the pizza post 12. My debit card payment has already been through to pizza hut and this is a highly customer dissatisfaction and a nuisance to deal with when you are hungry and trust them to atleast get it before 11:30pm if not, atleast a call.
