Dear Pizza Hut, i did not receive any resolution/not received call / not received communication from your side.. in the previous complaint you asked me to share detail on the FB link, I shared all detail there and also did a follow-up but I think I got some response like "will provide update very soon etc." More than one month passed..seems I m getting a response from BOT from FB link. Although I shared all details with time and caption subject ticket no, if you not interested in providing fair resolution please convey the same i will not do follow-up, and please do not mark this request as resolved without communication.
Dear all users, May I know if someone get a resolution from the Pizza Hut resolution team..As per my experience, they are making fun of the customer concerns.. Please, someone, update if they get any answer after the details are shared on Pizza Hut FB link.
