Pizza Hut India — delivery not in time and food was not good | |
I ordered on 3rd november 2019 at 7.30 pm and got my orders delivery at 9.45 pm.. While it is supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes... Pizzas were also very tasteless. And not hot.. Very bad service by pizzaa hut. On contacting the customer care helpline they gave reply that our area pizza hut store manager will call.. Nobody contacted. . Then i tried to call delivery boy was he was not receiving call purposefully.. Was this information helpful? | |

I have placed an order for pasta on 1st November at 8pm from Bangalore location (Gopalan legacy mall, Mysore road). The order number is 15302025. I received a message of order dispatch but the order is undelivered and no delivery executive contacted me about the order. I have made a payment of Rs.313.
