Delivery taking more than 90mins from pizza hut which is just 100mts away. Called up customer care, and everytime response was wait for 10mins. After calling 5times, customer care person took store on line, and as per him order was out for delivery 50mins backs. Finally cold and tasteless food was delivered. Since order was prepaid, so no question of any regret or apologies or refund. Thanks and good bye pizzahut. This is 2nd feedback, on same delivery... But seems this is the current style of pizzahut.
