Pizza Hut India — Double charge | |||||
On dec 29 we ordered online from pizza hut sarjapur and the website got into some errors in the payment page and we were charge for 2 different amounts. the bill was suppose to be 657 something but our card was charge 657 and another 819. called their customer serivce and said funds will be back in the acct in 24hrs. but almost a week already and still nothing and the store is not acting on the complain Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered pizza online on 29 dec. An amt of rs.512 got deducted from my account but I recieved an e-mail saying your order hasn't been placed due to any outage and was assured that my money will be refunded. I haven't recieved my debited amount yet.
