Payment has been deducted twice and every time they are saying that order is not complete and you have to place a new order request . When contacted the customer care they are saying that within 10 working days refund will be done..Moreover there Team Leader disconnects the calls as he doesn't have any solution.The 1st transaction was done on 24th Oct'16 which was deducted from my account and haven't received any revert from them, when contacted my partner bank they said that merchant has already claimed the amount.. Now today also the transaction was made and i didn't received the product
