On 2-12-16 evening around 10:00 PM, I visited the Pizzahut restaurant Franchise SAPPHIRE HOSPITALITY AND RECREATION Mumbai, MALAD West and paid Rs.1513 towards the bills twice through debit card which reflects in my bank statement even today.
On[protected], I realised that credit has still came to my account then I visited restaurant 2 times to resolve the issue and was given to understand that for such case credit will be returned within max 15 days.
Eversince am sending them mails on some intervals with my bank statement asking them to resolve the matter. Indeed on[protected] via mail I requested them to send me full day settlement copy of[protected] so that I can approach my bank for refund but till date there is no reply in the matter. Today, I wanted to inform this matter to Pizzahut so I called on 39883988, extn. 4...where i came to know that they have closed that branch 3-4 days back.
