Pizza Hut India — Extra Payment taken and request for refund | |||||
Hello, We have placed an order (Order No 7480608) at Pizza Hut at New Friends Colony branch on 11.01.2017 at 19.18 PM through online, total ordered amount was Rs. 1619.92. When I tried to pay the amount through my debit card, it end up showing "Payment failed", so I tried again, again it showed same thing "Payment failed". Then I tried to pay the amount using another card through "NET BANKING", now the payment got accepted ad I received an email confirmation. When I checked my bank account it showed that the first two attempted payment was done that means I have paid three times for a single order. Now I request you to refund the amount paid extra two times payment into my account. Amount to be refund is 1619.92 x 2 = 3239.84 Order confirmation and Bank statement of the same were attached along with this email. Hope for fast response.
