I placed an order online at 17:00 & 17:16 on 17.11.2016 with pizzahut, malvinas nagar, new delhi. Both payments went through from my credit card but there was no registration of the order. On speaking to customer care our order was sent but they demanded payment in cash. We returned the food. I have placed 2 complaints with hdfc. I am hoping that these payments will be reverted.
