Pizza Hut India — food was never delivered

I had ordered pizzas from Pizza Hut at 20:15 IST, order number: 48C0002117 on 16 September '17. I was told it will be delivered by 21:00 (45 minutes). Pizzas were never delivered till 22:15. Despite calling the call centre thrice, no help was provided. I had to cancel the order at the end.

A person after working whole day returns home and order something to feed himself and is being cheated by the company.
Now at 10 in the night where will I go to get food? Most markets are closed.
Please take suitable action.

Tried to purchase pizza on 24 AUG, but order got cancelled but still didn't my money back
