Worst experience ever. Pathetic customer service.
My issue: I've placed an online delivery order on 19th Feb, order delivery was delayed for more than 1hr and the food became watery so I rejected the order. But the delivery guy has no clue on what he is delivering because he is not from Pizzahut, he is a delivery partner from DUNZO. So I'd to call customer care and after waiting for 10min + store manager Mahesh ([protected]) spoke to me and assured that he will refund the full amount, irrespective of whether you accept or reject the delivery.
Till today I'm following up with Mahesh ([protected]), no he always says either in 1hr or 1 day money will be credited, if not he will personally pay it to me. With this answer he dragged it for 20 days, and he never answers my call on first 2-3 attempts I've to call him atleast 4-5 times a day and sometimes he says he will call me back, but he never does that.
SHAME ON YOU PIZZAHUT, for encouraging such mannerless people as managers at your store without proper training and all.
