Pizza Hut India — Fraud. Wrong commitment. | |||||
On 30th September 2016, I ordered 1 Regular Tandoori Paneer pizza in South Patel Nagar and it was delivered late. Since there is a 30 minutes or free guarantee, I asked the rider (Aditya) to give that for free. He called up Store Manager (Mr. Ashwani Dubey) and explained him the situation. The manager told him to tell me that he would rather give me any Free Medium pizza with any Regular pizza that I order next. So I accepted the offer.. I called them today and Aditya said he has been transferred to Kirti Nagar and the Manager said that the Patel Nagar store has closed down permanently and he cannot do anything about it. I raised the complaint on pizza hut customer care but they always put me on hold for 3-5 minutes and then disconnect the call. I have place an order of rs 573 from pizza hut on 18 september 2016..but store manager said he will not deliver the order in that area so he canceled my order.but my money not returned even after 18 days.every time they are givingme new timr..what to do
