Pizza Hut India — I am complaining about non refunding of amount even though giving the evidence of fund transfer by bank | |||||
Dear sir, I am a resident of visakhapatnam and on[protected] i have placed an online order of pizza and paid the amount of rs 656.73/- and the banker has confirmed the successful transaction. The issue is - while doing the online transaction (Payment gateway) at the end there was an error occurred where i didn't got the confirmation. Than i called the pizza hut toll free number and placed the order. As per the condition the pizza was supposed to be delivered in half an hours time, but they were dragging to 1 hours time for delivery, so cancelled the order.
