Pizza Hut India — I want payment refund for an order that didn't get placed but payment was debited from my bank account | |||
Hi, On yesterday I made an online order yesterday (04:16 pm, 19 August 2020).of amount of Rs 513.46/- Money was debited from my Bank account, but i did not receive order confirmation, neither the store receive my order. I did call the customer care with no avail other than suggesting it will refunded. The store said that the money will be credited back to my account, and i therefore made a second payment and ordered and ate my pizza. I want my money back on my account asap, unfulfilled order.
