I placed an order on 1st july in pune, hinjewadi store. Order was placed online so i paid in advance using my credit card.. First of all order came very late almost 1 hr 30 mins and then it was incomplete order delivery... When i asked the delivery boy for rest of the items he said he is getting it in 2 mins its in his bike but 1 hr passed he did not come back and then i called the store they said we forgot so we will refund your amount... A month passed nothing happend i called customer care and they kept telling it will be done within 5 working days... Spoke to many reps in the company but no result and its been 3 months.. Again no refund i have got

Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
1. I visited Guwahati GS road Pizza Hut on 23 Sept eve.I had received a message of Friday 1+1 offer on medium pizzaz.The outlet refused to honor the same stating that it is not valid for Guwahati as it is from Delhi.
2. The bill reflected ser charge, VAT, and service tax of 5.6% on product.This 5.6% should have been on Service charges only .
