I had placed an order on 11th December ([protected]) via app (nerul store, navi mumbai)the guy bought the pizza after an hour or so and that to incomplete.After 2-3 hours he bought the remaining order which I denied as it was to late (11pm) almost.
I was said my the store manager on the phone and the delivery guy that we will initiate a refund.I don't know what is happening.Make sure the refund is been given in next 24 hours, or I will just escalate further for the service and false commitments. Was this information helpful? |
