Pizza Hut India — late delivery of my order | |||
I placed online order through pizza hut mobile app for 6 pizzas from pizza hut store at civil lines, rohtak (Haryana). The order was placed at 3.13 pm on 15th feb 2019 and was to be delivered at 6.45 pm very same day. Though order came in 7.27 pm that too after lots of follow ups. The pizza delivered were cold. I had a party at my house which got spoiled because of this and i was embarrassed in front of my guests. The store manager was very rude and unapologetic and told me to do whatever i want to do. This is very unprofessional and pathetic behavior of your store employee. His name is kapil. I need proper action and compensation for this. I hope you will look into this. Ordered a Triple treat meal for 2..delayed delivery with expired potato wedges delivered.. Truly disgusting and very annoying... Pathetic service.. Highly unexpected

I paid for an order through the Pizza hut app on 14th Feb, 2019. I selected the UPI method of payment and the payment was confirmed but I got no emails regarding cancellation. When I tried to contact the local Pizza hut store, their number wasn't working. RS 614 was deducted from my account.

Have ordered pizza on 15th feb 2019, the base was oily and even oil smell was coming from it...
