Description of the incident.
I placed a order sum of 832 rs from pizza hut android application 2 times it took through payment process and tells order didn't go through.
I have called to customer care they replay with out responsibility. One guy says 11 days and one more guy says 21 days to refund.
I do not understand why it takes so much time to refund. If they are facing issues with their website or app they should intimate it before going through payment process. Why the consumer should wait for 11 or 21 days to get his money back for the mistake of a company.11 or 21 days is very long time.
Even the mail received does not tell the exact number of days it will be refunded.
Desirable resolution,
I will be expecting the refund of 832+832=1664 rs as soon as possible
