On 12 Jan'23 at 9.08PM money was deducted from my Paytm when I ordered Pizza. No transaction Id was generated for that order. When I contacted Pizaa Hut call center, they confirmed that money had been received, which will be refunded in 24 hours. They said, due to technical error order could not be generated. I was asked to place another order and pay again, I did that.
After 4 days, even today, I have not received refund, when I contact Pizaa Hut now, they keep transferring the phone to others and provide no resolution. Regards, Rajesh Chopra. M [protected]
