Pizza Hut India — money deducted online but online pizza booking failed, money not refunded as promised | |||
I placed an order on 9th March 2019 and proceeded for net banking payment. Account got debited and then the system network was slow and then it says network problems. On making online call customer care said that it was technical glitch and the amount will be refunded in 3 to 4 days. I said I need another pizza and told her to adjust with amount deducted rather than refund. She said no amount will be refunded as the order transaction has failed. So I ordered pizza again with cash on delivery. It's been 5 days but I have yet to receive any refund. I am following up with bank. I want the refund from pizza hut immediately. Online payment was successful but order not taken later order was taken on cash. Rs 645.75 debited from account but order not taken vide ref no[protected]IGAFQJPOM0 dated 15 Mar 19 paid through SBI NETBANKING.
