[Resolved]  Pizza Hut India — Money deducted, order not confirmed, not refunding money back.

Address:Pizzahut, Maharana Pratap Chowk, Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

I have ordered from pizzahut app on 30th June, 2020. But, unfortunately, my order was not confirmed and my money was deducted from my paytm wallet. I tried complaining to pizzahut customer care. First, they told me that they will refund my money in 2 days, and now they are telling me that my mobile number is invalid.
It has been 15 days since then, and no reply from their mail id too.

I tried pizzahut mobile number and email address (provided by them on their website), but they kept ignoring me there and didn't replied and lied on the call. They dont' have any grievance system of there own, they use facebook messenger for that. I had registered my complaint here on consumercomplaints.in and at the bottom I saw few related complaints similar to mine. Then I visited that few complaints and saw that pizzahut replied them to dm them directly on facebook messenger. So, I immediately did that. I dm them and then they called couple of hours later. Then, they told me to send relevant payment details and screenshot on that called number. I did. Then, they initialized my refund process. After that, few hours later, I got my refund.
Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am attaching the payment screenshot and paytm reply that it is pizzahut's responsibility to refund my money back.

I order two pizzas for 324rs (from the new offer 1 plus 1 small pizza starting at 249rs). It showed that the delivery would arrive within 34 mins. After 30 mins i tried to track the order but couldn't, called on the Hut number given there, but they didnt receive the call. Till i now i didnt get my order delivered and my amount was deducted, didnt even the refund yet. It was really such an unexpected and bad experience from Pizza Hut. I dont think i am ever going to order from Pizza Hut through online payment again. Please solve this problem and get my money refunded.
