[Resolved]  Pizza Hut India — Money deducted through UPI but order didn't get placed

I tried to order from the pizza hut app on 31st December 2021 and selected the online payment option in the app and then proceeded to pay through UPI. I made the payment of Rs.3, 226.66 in Paytm app and then when I went to the Pizza Hut app the order didn't get placed and the cart was empty. Then I went to the nearest Pizza Hut outlet to ask about the order but they said they haven't received any and if there has been a transaction the money will be refunded in a few days but since then it has been 3 days and the money hasn't been refunded till now. There is no option in the app to raise a complain . It has been the worst experience of ordering food online. I request Pizza Hut to immediately look into this matter. I have the payment details as well and can send them as well. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I made the payment of Rs.655.20 in Google pay app and then when I went to the Pizza Hut app the order didn't get placed and the cart was empty. Then I went to the nearest Pizza Hut outlet to ask about the order but they said they haven't received any and if there has been a transaction the money will be refunded in a few days but since then it has been a month and the money hasn't been refunded till now. There is no option in the app to raise a complain . It has been the worst experience of ordering food online. I request Pizza Hut to immediately look into this matter. I have the payment details as well and can send them as well. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
