Pizza Hut India — Money got debited from account, Order not placed | |||||
I had placed an order on 2nd Dec 2016 via pizza hut website and made the payment online. However, I hadn't received any acknowledgement of my order. Later I called up customer care and they said there was no order placed.The amount had been deducted from my bank a/c. I have send a feedback with ID 50406 but no one got back. There is no email id or complaint no mentioned in the website. Seems like people are forced to like their pizzas, no matter they like it or not. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have paid Rs 1479.8 through my HDFC credit card ending with 9654 trxn id 027929 but order has been cancel and you have confirm over call that your money will be refund within 2 working days. but i have yet not get money refunded in my credit card account. Please check & refund the money.
