I recently ordered from pizzahut app but when i checkout and select the paytm for payment it redirects to paytm amount got deducted and when i open the app it got reloaded and it showed payment failure screen... However, as per Paytm team the amount has been transferred to pizzahut but we didn't get order nor any confirmation from them. I want the amount back asap.

I called up on Pizza hut customer care they decined to share any snapshots or help me claim my money back. Where as Paytm team is asking for snapshot from merchant for transaction failure because from paytm end transaction was successful!
I need my refund! I didn't expect such customer services from Pizza hut.
