Pizza Hut India — Money got deducted order not placed

I have ordered pizza on 02nd August 2022 through Pizza Hut application, but money got deducted from bank (gpay UPI) and order was not placed. So I've called the costumer care they told me that i'll get a refund for the amount of Rs396 in a same mode. I'm still looking for the refund. Please look into the issue and process the refund as soon as possible. UPI Ref. No:[protected] Paid at: 20:10 PM, 2 August 2022.
