Pizza Hut India — money taken but pizza not been delivered

We have ordered pizza on 19.08.2017 at night 10.15 pm but the pizza has not been delivered to us we have ordered no for the same. We have got that delivery boy no but he told he will refund the money but still not happened now he is ignoring our call. Neither is he cancelling the order not giving us a replacement delivery. Please look into the matter.

If we are taking any pizza from store it's price is high but if we order from online website it's price is low why it should be the reverse
