Pizza Hut India — Money was deducted but order was not placed

Store no. 301 , 3rd floor , elpro mall, pimpri chinchwad,pune.

On 22/6/2023 at 8.30 i placed an order online on pizza hut app...i ordered 2 pizzas and paid the bill online...it was takeaway...but the order was not placed. Tge store manager said i will get a refund in 24 hours but it has been more than 24 hours and i still got no refund.
