[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — No Delivery, No Refund for order 16152144 and 16655400

Waited 2 hours after placing order number 16152144 and 16655400 on 4th February with pizzahut expecting the delivery and realized that no dispatched happened happened ever for above orders, only false updates were displayed on the status. I was assured that within 72 hours refund will be processed in the original payment method. Haven't received any refund even after 9 days, Pizzahut customer care team is not cooperating to escalate this matter neither they are refunding the money. Was this information helpful?
