Pizza Hut India — No refund in 1 month - Amount got debited and no order was placed

I placed an online order on 30 JUL 2016 for Rs.395.12 on Pizza Hut however the amount got debited from my paytm wallet but on order page it was shown to be unsuccessful. I then made a payment through my credit card which was successful. However it has been nearly a month and my refund for the first failed transaction has not taken place despite making so many calls to the Pizza Hut customer care. Every time I call their Customer Care they tell me to wait for a week for the refund to be processed. I have never faced such a issue with Domino's. This is a pathetic service from Pizza Hut.
