Pizza Hut India — Non delivery of order despite repeated reminders

I had ordered a medium chicken Italiano along with chicken tikka pizza on 25 Nov 16 at 8:38 pm from Panchkula, HARYANA... despite repeated reminders till 10:15 pm, the pizza was neither delivered nor the manager contacted came to register our complaint... such unproffesionalism is unwarranted and uncouth... may I request an urgent and credible action on the people responsible... Col bedi...
