[Resolved]  Pizza Hut India — Not received Pizza requested for refund

Order No.12926508 was placed on 1st Jan 2022 at Pizza Hut India, Salem Outlet. We have been waiting for 3 hours, we didn't receive a phone call or update regarding the order. Once we called the customer care, there had been same reply such as "we are looking into the issue at high priority". After 20 days passed, still the company is providing the same reply.
