I placed an online order on Jan 16th. The order was accepted and money was deducted. Post which I received a call from Pizza Hut that they do not deliver in my area so they would cancel the order and initiate the refund. On Jan 19th, I received a message from Pizza hut that my order was delivered.
I called Customer Care and they had the store call me back and for last 7 days I have been speaking with the store guy every day. Everyday he says that he will return the money but he never does. Now I know that he is just making a fool out of me and he is not going to return the money.
