Pizza Hut India — order cancelled by pizza hut and refund not received

I had placed an order from your website on 4th of may, amounting to rs.747. Order id: 2783751. Order was placed successfully but then it automatically got cancelled and it’s been 2 weeks and i still haven’t received my refund. Your customare care and store keeping routing me back and forth with no solution at all, only thing both the executives say is “we don’t have information regarding this”. Never had to fight so much for my own money when you are the ones to have cancelled my order and not me.
