Pizza Hut India — order not delivered - order#9765010 | |||
Order # 9765010 was placed around 9pm. Dint receive the order. On calling the pizza hut number around 10.15 they mentioned they haven’t received the order due to technical issues and would sent the pizza in next 20 mins. As it was already late we asked them to cancel the order and give us a refund. They said us they would call us back about this. Until now haven’t received the call. This has been a really bad experience for us and will probably never order from pizza hit again. Request you to look into the matter and initiate a refund.
