[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — order not fully delivered | |||
Hello team, I made a call to call centre and ordered my food. I ordered 12 pizzas (6 veg n 6 non veg), 14 soft drinks, 2 garlic bread and other 2 breads. Call centre passed my order to bellandur pizza hut store. I have received only 6 veg pizzas. Immediately i have contacted store person and he said that he has received only 6 pizza order from call centre and he sent the same. Immediately i have contacted customer care and they said that they have shared full order with the bellandur store. I was completely disgusted and disappointed with this. I had a conference call with store manager and customer care manager (Neelakanta) as well but there is no response from the till now. We are 15 to 20 who are suffered with hunger and everyone started scolding me as i am the one who ordered. So please reimburse my full order amount of 4692 rupees.
