[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — order was delayed not unable to delivered and no refund was provided | |||
I ordered online pan pizza on 17 march 2018 night and as per the policy the pizza should be delivered in half an hour but i didn't received the order. Due to website technical issue order goes to other location and never delivered so i called the center and they apologized for it and said the money will be refund. I thing there might be online fraud by pizza hut guys, They just taken order online and never delivered and hold the money for 10 days. Even as per the policy the pizza should be delivered in half and if any delayed it should free but they never provide to customer. Unnecessary my 1 hour will get waste and place another order to restaurant for dinner. Was this information helpful? | |||
