We placed an order through the Pizza Hut Delivery App on Saturday 28th January 2023 for which the amount was transferred but the order wasn't placed. So we called the store and placed the same order again and paid for it once more when the order was delivered. We paid through UPI. It was assured by the store that we would receive the refund for the initially paid amount within 2-4 working days but so far, we haven't received it.
