Pizza Hut India — Payment refund after order cancellation | |||||
Hi, I have online ordered for pizza for home delivery at 26jan2017 and online pay for it rs 491.49 by the credit card. After that i have cancel this order due to not deliver on the time of after 10:00 pm. Now i am waiting for my refund amount, more time i have called to online on pizza hut, but they asked they will refund within 2 days. I have wait for 1 month but payment not refunded. I order one medium pizza margreta. But the delivery was late. It came after 55 minutes. When we asked for free delivery the employee requested us to co operate this time. He said he will give us a free pizza next time. And today we ordered a medium pizza Margreta and asked for free pizza. He refused..
