Pizza Hut India — Pizza Hut Bangalore Transaction failure and money not refunded

I made a transaction using internet banking on 27th November 2016 for my pizza on the website. money deducted from my account for an amount of 545. I got a mail that the transaction failed due to a server issue and the money would be refunded in 10 days. It has been more than a month and I did not get anything. kindly look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

i raised complaint also complaint no. is [protected] ( Pooja)

Please do the needful and return my money as soon as possible.
