This has reference to a customer complaint made today with Pizza Hut regarding lousy delivery customer service meted out by Pizzahut, Shopprix Mall, Vaishali Store. Feedback ID is 55389. I have justll received a call today at 1:09pm from your executive Sudarhan Sharma (#[protected]) from Pizzahut, Shopprix Mall, Vaishali Store. The executive instead of accepting & owning up the customer service blunder committed on Wednesday is talking rudely to me and telling me that he had called me around 7 times on Wednesday regarding my order to update me, when throughout my complaint (Feedback ID is 55389) I had mentioned I had not received a single call from either Pizzahut, Shopprix Mall, Vaishali Store OR Pizza hut customer care – while I had made 12 calls between 8:30pm to 10:45 pm on 25/01/2017. At a time when customer is being hailed as king by the service industry. Pizza Hut is assuming that the customer making complaint is a lair. Instead of Pizza hut taking customer complaint in the right spirit and listening to the customer’s complaint. They are blaming the customer and accusing him of lying. This is pathetic. Pizza hut customer complaint handling system requires some serious examination and overhauling. I want senior management of Pizza Hut to take cognizance of this complaint and let me know how they intend to resolve this complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
