I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Pizza Hut's pizza app, which has not been functioning properly for the past few days. As a regular customer of Pizza Hut, I have come to rely on the convenience of ordering pizza through your app.
However, despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to place an order through the app, and have received error messages every time I try to do so. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as restarting my phone, but the issue persists.
This experience has caused me inconvenience and wasted my time. As a customer, I expect a reliable and efficient service from Pizza Hut, and I am disappointed that this has not been the case.
I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to rectify this issue and ensure that your pizza app is fully functional as soon as possible. I would also appreciate it if you could offer some compensation for the inconvenience caused.
