Pizza Hut India — Pizza not delivered and not refunded the money even after one month | |||||
After remitting money online, before the delivery of pizza, got call from the outlet that they cant deliver pizza in my location and they need to cancel the order. I have requested a refund of my money and asked them to send me proof for cancellation of my order . They didn't do that. After multiple follow up with the outlet, resulting in no solution, I decided to write a complaint in their website. On response, I received an email stating that they will contact me to resolve my problem. I did complain twice through their website and till date I haven't received any thing from their end.In fact I waited for almost one month. I called them to the number provided and they assured that they will contact the outlet and kept my call on hold. I was kept on hold for more than 10 minutes and after that call got disconnected. I called again and again and they dont even arranged a call back to my number. This kind of behavior i have never seen in any of the outlets. My calls were attended by Likit and Vinod and some random persons. I am urging people to refrain from doing advance payment with pizza hut. Its a very very unethical and bad company to deal with. They dont have any proper system to track your details as well..Very very bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
