[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — pizza was delayed and received incorrect order. | |||
We had a dine out at ur pizza hut and had to wait for more than an hour to get ou4 orders that was placed, inb/w the executive gave us a complimentary drink cos of the wait time and also told us that the pizza got burnt and he has to make a new one. We had ordered for 2 medium pizzas (Every day value), but we received personal pizzas. When we question him he said that dough for medium pizzas were over and by that time the personal pizzas were on the the table and we couldn't cancel the order!! The pizza very cold and we were unable to eat them. Customer centric is more important, i will never recommend any of my friends to dine put at ur restaurant!!
